Cancellation Policy:
Must cancel within 2 days prior to arrival date to avoid fee charges.

No Show Policy:
No shows are subject to a one night charge and same reservation will be cancel at 6:00 a.m. of the following day of arrival.

Extra person Policy:
Maximum occupancy per room is 4 people, therefore in a double room will be 2 extra people and on a triple room, one extra person. All extra persons are charged.

Kids Policy:
Two minors stay for free sharing room with an adult.

Pets Policy:
No pets allowed.

Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
